Royalty Community Health (RCH) is a nonprofit organization founded on February 27, 2021. RCH and affiliates are health care liaisons.  We offer a principal and chronic management care model to assist the veteran population, rural communities, and their families with life path solutions. Royalty Community Health is a rural health organization that was formed to assist individuals who need an advocate.  We assist the homeless community, the elderly who are homebound or anyone who needs assistance with medical services, education, and treatment.  Our ongoing campaign is to Heal, Elevate, Listen, and Learn to promote wellness.
