About Us

Our Story

Royalty Community Health was established in 2021 and became recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in December 2023. We serve our nation's veterans, residents of rural communities, individuals experiencing homelessness, and homebound seniors. Tunisia Isom, our founder, is a certified family nurse practitioner who works full-time as a third-party provider conducting disability assessments for the Veterans Benefits Administration. Beyond her clinical work, she devotes significant time to supporting disadvantaged individuals, donating food received from faith-based partners, advocating for homeless men and women to secure shelter, and offering guidance to those in crisis.

She provides compassionate care across multiple areas, including mental health support, chronic disease education, advanced primary care and community-based outreach. Tunisia's commitment to service is reflected in her hands-on involvement with individuals who have nowhere else to turn, ensuring that people facing hardship receive the dignity, advocacy, and resources they deserve.

VOLUNTEER

Partners and donations are welcomed. We need individuals who are willing to help disabled veterans, homeless, and rural inhabitants gain access to healthcare. It's arduous to disregard the disadvantaged populations who need assistance to live healthy.

VISION

To positively impact lives as a process of evolution.
